« I translate the nature that surrounds me into volumetric structures. » Olga Bezhina is a prizewinning Russian painter. She frequently works 'en plein air,' rethinking natural colors and capturing the optical effect of light and wind flowing. For her, the open air acts as a creative laboratory, where the search for the most advanced pictorial approaches is carried out and new solutions discovered. Her resulting paintings are full of rhythm, bold colors and a balance of strength and silence that directly reflects the majestic landscapes of the Taman Peninsula.
